Invoice & Payment
You will receive your invoice by email a few days after the auction. Registered users can log into their "MY WENDL" account on our website and access "My invoices" where they will easily be able to pay the invoice online. Accepted methods of payment are SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT Überweisung, GiroPay, VISA Card, Mastercard and American Express. Alternatively, you can pay direcly via your bank or Wise.
SHIPMENT & Collection
The shipment will be processed in order of the receipt of payment. We kindly ask you for your understanding that there may be waiting times in delivery. However, you will receive information by email with the DHL tracking number. Please do not forget to inform us about a change of your delivery address.
For goods collection, please make an appointment to avoid waiting times.
Tuesday to Friday: 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm
Saturday and Sunday: closed
Special opening time: Saturday 18th March, 9 am to 12 pm
